Wintery Pre-Wedding shoot
Last Sunday I met up with Andrew & Amie for a pre wedding photoshoot. This had been 2 weeks in the planning (we live in wales, its wet & cold most of the time) Two dates had been booked in just in case it poured down again, but YES its was fine.
We met on the top of a very cold Aberdare/Meardy Mountain where i like to shoot in the wild long white grass that grows there.
Andrew and Amie had thought about their shoot and this always make me smile. :) .Props, sun glasses, matching colour scheme in clothes while both ready and happy no matter how COLD it was ! I also had a little something up my sleeve with a red smoke flair that we tried. This really added to some of the images and although i had not used it before we had to be quick (it didn't last long with the wind)
We used 2 locations a steep hill over looking the rhondda valleys and the little tricky white grass area near the main road. (very bumpy, wet and muddy) Amiee is lucky I didn't have my camera handy when a little stumble happened :)
I love couples that include the pre-wedding shoot in their packages for a few reasons. It gives me an insight into them as a couple. Its builds a relationship ready for the wedding day between us all, and its gets the couple all excited about their wedding day :)
Andrew is a singer in the band Jukebox Give them a click to find out more. He is also not a lover of my new Holdfast system calling it 'very camp' ha ha. Ill remember that Mr. Dowling :)
Andrew & Amiee will marry at the stunning Peterson Court in Brecon Beacons. Cant wait for this one.
Here are a few teasers from the stunning shoot today..
